Thrive in Nature

‘Thrive in Nature’ is our new programme that started in Spring 2024, taking place every Thursday from 10am – 2pm at Drygrange Community Woodland, near Earlston.

‘Thrive in Nature’ is for you if:

  •  You sometimes struggle with low mood, anxiety or stress

  • You could do with a weekly boost to your wellbeing

  • You’d like to connect with others in a therapeutic natural environment

Each session will include a wellbeing practice, such as mindful nature connection, breathing or meditation; community jobs, such as chopping firewood or cooking lunch; and a creative activity, such as crafting or green woodworking projects; as well as plenty of time to chat and connect and, of course, a nourishing lunch.

Our group leaders will provide wellbeing support through a mix of sharing their experiences of what has worked for them and their skills in life coaching, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping).

The atmosphere will be relaxed and informal – a safe space to have time out, to connect and to prioritise your wellbeing, so that you can thrive, not just survive.

You must be at least 16 years of age to attend.
