Our work, through connecting with nature, fosters well-being in all participants, including volunteer and paid staff, whether carrying out conservation work, running Forest School sessions, chilling in a hammock and everything in between.
Volunteers will learn woodland management and traditional green woodworking techniques. Working as part of a friendly team supports increased confidence and improved wellbeing.

We currently have volunteering opportunities in Peebles, Kelso, Selkirk and Galashiels. We provide in-house training to all our volunteers and, when funds are available, we hope to offer volunteers certificated training in Forest School Leadership (Level 1) and Outdoor First Aid. There are also regular opportunities to learn traditional woodland management techniques and green woodworking skills.
If you would like to find out more, meet the team and see if it’s for you, then please get in touch.
